As a Communications Assistant , you’ll play a key role in supporting live events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives. Your efforts will help create positive attendee experiences, boost brand awareness , and ensure smooth event operations from setup to completion.
Assist in the execution of live events , promotional activities, and community campaigns
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and share key information about clients or causes
Support event setup, teardown, logistics, and on-site operations
Represent clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collect attendee feedback and provide insights to the leadership team
Maintain clear communication with event managers and team members throughout events
Ensure consistent and positive brand messaging in all in-person interactions
Provide general support to the event operations team as needed
