We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support promotional campaigns, nonprofit outreach initiatives, and community engagement events.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in communications, event marketing, public relations, customer engagement, and brand promotion. No previous experience is required — paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of community outreach events and promotional campaigns
• Communicate with customers, event attendees, and community members in a professional and engaging manner
• Support brand awareness initiatives and public relations efforts
• Help distribute marketing materials and provide campaign information to the public
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and event participants
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and performance objectives
• Participate in training workshops focused on communication, leadership, and marketing development
• Provide administrative and operational support during live events and outreach activities
• Gather customer feedback and assist with reporting campaign results
