Responsibilities:

- Support the coordination and execution of community events, workshops, and programs.
- Conduct research and gather data on community needs and trends to inform outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Provide administrative support for outreach activities including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Attend community meetings and events as a representative of our organization, building awareness and support.
- Gather feedback from the community and provide insights to help improve programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in community development, social work, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Enthusiastic about engaging with the community and promoting positive change.
- Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends for community events.
- Previous experience in community service or volunteer work is preferred, but not required.
