As a Community Relations Manager (Entry-Level), you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness , fostering community engagement , and ensuring the success of local events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build long-term relationships with community organizations, partners, stakeholders , and event attendees —all while helping execute events that connect, inspire, and engage.
Community Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and influencers.
Event Promotion: Actively promote upcoming events and campaigns to drive community interest, attendance, and awareness.
Event Support: Assist in executing community-focused events that reflect our mission and values.
Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact for community partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and trust.
On-Site Engagement: Interact with attendees during events, gather feedback, and provide a welcoming and positive experience.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on engagement metrics, event outcomes, and community feedback to optimize future initiatives.
Internal Reporting: Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to help improve event quality and community impact.
