VRC Construction is hiring a motivated Entry Level Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Orem, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction and gain hands-on experience on active job sites. No prior construction experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Orem
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
