While this is an entry-level position, there is significant opportunity for growth for attorneys within the team – attorneys can work up to drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology deals of all kinds and sizes and complex technology transactions with one of the biggest providers in the information technology industry.

Some experience in handling IT contracts preferred but not required.

This position is a full-time position. The employment will be governed by TCS terms and conditions of the employment, HR policies and process rules applicable to the legal department.

Responsibilities

• The position requires review of operational documents to ensure that there are no “legal terms” slipped in.
• General types of documents would include Statements of Work, and Change Orders to Statement(s) of Work.
• Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Review of amendments to master services agreement
• While performing these responsibilities, candidates will also have the opportunity to train in review and negotiation of master services agreements, vendor agreements and other agreements.

Requirements

• J.D or LL.M
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Interest and willingness to travel and relocate
• Permanent work authorization in U.S without a need for sponsorship now or in the future.
