You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them protect what matters most while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and business skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and strengthen client relationships • Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and coverage reviews • Educate clients on coverage options and protection gaps • Process policy changes and support claims inquiries • Maintain accurate account documentation • Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and in person • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless client experience • Continuously develop product knowledge and professional skills

You will play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and agency growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Coachable and open to feedback • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Motivated to build a professional career, not just hold a job • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • Willingness to obtain Connecticut insurance licensing

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required for the right mindset.
