About Us
We are a Dallas-based customer service and sales support team that works with established clients to assist customers with product and service information. Our team focuses on in-person customer interactions, helping customers understand available options, answer questions, and complete basic service-related processes.
We provide training for entry-level candidates and are looking for reliable, professional individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you will:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Learn basic product, service, and client information
Answer customer questions and provide clear, helpful information
Support customer enrollment, account setup, or service-related processes
Communicate with customers face-to-face in a positive and professional way
Work with team members to meet daily goals and maintain an organized workflow
Represent the company and our clients with professionalism
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to work full-time, in person, in Dallas, TX
Comfortable speaking with customers and working in a team environment
Professional, reliable, and coachable
Able to follow directions and stay organized
Positive, motivated, and willing to learn
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, call centers, sales, front desk, or other people-facing roles is helpful, but not required.
