As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers: answering questions, providing accurate information about products or services, and assisting with account setup or service requests.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional in-person support
Educate customers on products, services and promotions
Track customer feedback and help identify solutions
Collaborate with teammates and management to meet quality goals
