We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Park City, UT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new technology, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support while using the Seamless Home platform.
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with basic software navigation, troubleshooting, and account questions
Clearly explain features and best practices to help customers use the platform effectively
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude at all times
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software
Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work on-site in Park City, UT
