    Job Summary: We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry Level Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will gain valuable communication and problem-solving skills while helping customers with their questions, concerns, and product needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner

    Resolve basic customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments when needed

    Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

    Document customer interactions in internal systems accurately

    Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software

    Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

    Reliable, punctual, and coachable

    Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
