Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service and Accounting Associate to join our team. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and documenting interactions. The associate will also assist with accounting functions. Product training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank and balance sheet accounts
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher
1–3 years’ experience required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical, organizational, listening and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills
SAP experience a plus but not required
