What You’ll Do

✅ Receive, organize, and prioritize time-sensitive delivery orders ✅ Coordinate drivers and routes to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries ✅ Monitor driver progress and adjust plans in real time to solve problems ✅ Communicate clearly with drivers and customers ✅ Keep accurate records of all orders, routes, and delivery details ✅ Provide great customer service, answering questions with professionalism

What We’re Looking For ✨ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience — all majors welcome ✨ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask ✨ Problem-solving mindset and sound judgment under pressure ✨ Comfortable using technology and open to learning new tools ✨ Familiarity with the Atlanta metro area is a plus (not required) ✨ Must pass a background check and maintain a clean record
