About the Role We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career technicians, or individuals looking to start a hands-on career in electrical service and support. You will work directly with customers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems at various job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment and components.

Perform routine and corrective maintenance on customer systems.

Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repairs or adjustments.

Provide on-site technical support and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.

Complete detailed service reports and ensure proper documentation of tasks.

Follow safety protocols, company standards, and industry regulations at all times.

Travel to customer locations as required (company vehicle provided). Travel: up to 50%-75%.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, technical school certificate or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals (training provided).

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management abilities.

Willingness to learn, travel, and work in the field.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
