    Key Responsibilities

    As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of our live brand activations and promotional campaigns:

    • Assist in the coordination and execution of live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns

    • Help with event setup, breakdown, and coordination with vendors and partners

    • Engage with event attendees to deliver memorable, on-brand experiences

    • Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, giveaways, and branded signage

    • Manage pre- and post-event logistics, including outreach and feedback collection

    • Conduct basic market research to identify new event opportunities

    • Track key performance metrics and assist with post-event reporting

    • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
