We are expanding our events team and hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, brand promotions, and community outreach campaigns throughout the Virginia Beach area. This role is ideal for individuals interested in events, event marketing, customer service, hospitality, or community engagement.
No prior experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you succeed.
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support event setup, guest engagement, and on-site operations for brand and community events. You’ll represent partner brands, interact with attendees, and help deliver a positive event experience in a team-oriented environment.
Assist with event setup, displays, and on-site logistics
Greet attendees and provide event or promotional information
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Engage with guests and answer questions during events
Support outreach goals and maintain consistent brand presentation
Help track event engagement and share feedback with the team
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
Interest in events, marketing, promotions, hospitality, or outreach
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer experience is a plus (not required)
