Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site operations

• Support promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community events

• Engage with attendees and communicate event messaging clearly and professionally

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all events

• Represent client and company brands in a positive, energetic, and professional manner

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable interacting with the public

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Eager to learn and adapt in fast-paced, hands-on environments

• Interest in event operations, marketing, or promotions

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required
