We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning, execution, and success of promotional and community-based events. You’ll work closely with our marketing and outreach teams to create engaging experiences that connect consumers with well-known brands in a meaningful way.
Assist in organizing and setting up promotional events, pop-up displays, and community outreach activities
Greet and engage with attendees to create a positive brand experience
Track event performance and provide post-event feedback
Ensure all marketing materials are displayed correctly and supplies are stocked
Support the event team with logistics and execution of campaigns
Collaborate with teammates to achieve brand awareness and customer acquisition goals
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a team setting and interacting with the public
Able to stand for extended periods and lift light event materials as needed
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation to travel to local event sites
