Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations , including:
- Assist with on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events and marketing activations
- Coordinate event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest check-in
- Engage with attendees to deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote partner brands
- Manage signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
- Support administrative duties such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reports
- Represent partner brands professionally at all times
- Participate in post-event evaluations to help improve future events and marketing strategies
Qualifications
