About the Opportunity: Are you a people-person looking for uncapped earning potential? At Prime Pest Solutions, we’re hiring outgoing individuals to introduce homeowners to our pest protection services. This is a 1099 independent contractor role — you’re in control of your hours, activity, and results.

Compensation & Incentives:

100% commission-based — no income ceiling

Performance-based bonus: $1 per door talked to during your first few weeks (onboarding support)

What You’ll Do:

Canvass neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners

Introduce pest control services, pricing, and seasonal offers

Track your activity and manage your own results

Build a customer pipeline while working outdoors

What You Need:

Outgoing, coachable personality

Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Willingness to work commission-only as an independent contractor
