Job Description

We are a leading healthcare manufacturing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Associate to support our Manufacturing Controller. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Main accountabilities and tasks ****

1. Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports related to manufacturing operations
2. Support cost accounting activities including inventory valuation, standard cost updates, and variance analysis
3. Help monitor and track manufacturing KPIs and financial performance metrics
4. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing sites
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and corporate finance
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
7. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and efficiency

Qualifications

Desired experience and qualifications

E ducation : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

W ork Experience: 0-1 year

Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP ERP system is a plus
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Interest in manufacturing and healthcare industries is preferred
