Compensation: Please note that while the salary range listed is average for a first-year advisor, this role has upside earning potential. Responsibilities: • Client Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance. • Financial Planning : Develop customized financial plans to achieve long-term and short-term objectives. • Portfolio Management : Monitor and adjust clients’ investment portfolios to align with market trends and financial goals. • Retirement Planning : Help clients prepare for retirement by analyzing savings plans and creating strategies to maximize benefits. • Tax Optimization : Advise on strategies to reduce tax liabilities while remaining compliant with tax laws. • Insurance Planning : Recommend appropriate insurance policies to protect clients’ assets and manage risks. • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates. Qualifications: Nice-to-Haves: • Series 7, Series 66, and SIE registrations. • Life and Health Insurance License. • Experience as a financial advisor or wealth management professional. • Proven track record of cultivating client relationships, understanding financial objectives, and devising effective strategies. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
