Responsibilities: • • Guide clients in understanding their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to achieve them. • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. • Conduct thorough financial assessments to identify opportunities for growth and protection. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice. • Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance and investment products, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Track and report on client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued success and satisfaction with our services. Compensation: $80,000 - $141,231+ yearly
