    We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will build client relationships, help individuals and businesses secure their financial futures, and provide tailored life insurance and financial solutions. You’ll have access to industry-leading training, mentorship, and the support you need to succeed. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Understand clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions. • Educate clients about life insurance options, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies. • Develop and execute a personal marketing plan to attract and retain clients. • Participate in ongoing professional development and New York Life training programs. • Achieve or exceed sales goals set by the company. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined. • Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance is a plus but not required. • Ability to obtain a life and health insurance license (sponsorship and training provided). • Commitment to ethics, professionalism, and excellence. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
