    Financial Architects is growing quickly, and we’re adding Entry Level Financial Representatives who are eager to have a long-term career in financial services. This is a client-facing role where you’ll learn the fundamentals of wealth management and financial planning while developing the communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills needed to become a trusted advisor. Important Location Note We can only hire candidates who currently reside in Iowa. There are no territory restrictions—once licensed, you can serve clients anywhere in the U.S. Benefits Include: • Medical, Dental, Vision • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Short & Long-Term Disability • Group Life and AD&D • 401(k) with up to 3% match • Pension Plan Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Build relationships with clients in your community and beyond • Learn to assess financial needs and develop customized strategies • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and coaching • Expand a client base through networking, referrals, and community outreach • Provide recommendations across financial products and planning solutions • Create and update financial plans based on life stage and goals • Stay organized, coachable, and committed to professional development Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Self-starter with strong work ethic and a desire to learn • Comfortable talking to people and building long-term relationships • Interested in a career with flexibility, growth, and meaningful impact • Strong communication skills; analytical mindset is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite/CRM tools is helpful • FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 is a plus (not required to apply) Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000
