If selected, you will receive training and support to obtain your state-approved life insurance license through our organization. Marketing & Growth Channels You will learn and develop skills in multiple marketing and recruiting strategies, including: • Person-to-person financial marketing • Creative digital and online marketing • Social media outreach and brand building • Open and private networking events • Community outreach and brand promotion If you're ready to increase your income potential, build valuable business skills, and be part of a growing national campaign , we want to meet you. Responsibilities: • Identify and connect with individuals who may be interested in career opportunities within the financial services industry • Generate candidates through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and other recruiting activities • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for culture fit, professionalism, and career goals • Schedule and coordinate interviews, training sessions, and onboarding activities • Support new associates throughout the onboarding and licensing process • Promote company culture, leadership development, and business opportunities to prospective candidates • Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and recruiting activities • Collaborate with team leaders to help grow and develop a strong organization • Participate in training and professional development programs • Stay informed on recruiting trends and strategies to attract top talent • Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds • Comfortable using social media, networking, and relationship-building to connect with others • Must be coachable, self-motivated, and willing to learn • Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License • No prior financial services experience required; training provided • High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree is a plus) • Must be at least 18 years old • Must pass a background check • Must be authorized to work and currently reside in the United States • DFW-area candidates preferred; remote opportunities available for qualified applicants nationwide Compensation: $60,000 at plan commission based on performance
