Position: Freight Dispatcher (Entry Level)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants welcome but Must be Experienced)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Compensation: Performance-based pay
Expected Weekly Income: $3,000 – $4,700 USD/week (based on load volume, driver performance, and dispatch execution)

What You'll Do:

• Book loads for U.S.-based truck drivers using online load boards

• Communicate with brokers, negotiate freight rates, and assign routes

• Monitor driver schedules and ensure on-time deliveries

• Handle dispatch paperwork, updates, and customer communication

• Respond quickly and professionally to issues in real time

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Computer literate with strong internet connection

• Highly trainable, dependable, and performance-focused

• Must be focused and able to work full-time with no distractions

• No prior dispatch experience required—we provide complete training

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in logistics, BPO, or dispatching

• Knowledge of U.S. time zones and trucking routes

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
