What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new shipper accounts

Build relationships with decision-makers actively shipping freight

Quote freight lanes and negotiate pricing

Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery

Track freight and resolve issues in real time

Maintain consistent, professional customer communication

Learn freight markets, pricing, and logistics operations

Strong communication skills and phone confidence

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
