About the Role

We’re seeking an individual with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate is not only skilled, but also brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow with an established, values-driven brand.

What You'll Do

Install K-style and half-round gutters with precision

Represent the brand positively when interacting with clients and coworkers

Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions

Support and train newer team members as you grow into leadership

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Work occasional overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

1+ years experience in construction

Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training (preferred)

Passion for your craft and pride in doing things right the first time

Requirements

Age 18+

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work at heights and outdoors in all seasons

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $17-$24/hr, depending on experience
