Human Resources Coordinator
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and candidate communications.
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR system and physical files
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, employee changes, and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports such as turnover metrics, attendance, and compliance data.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, or procedures.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate planning and executing HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement events.
- Support performance management and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain internal HR documents, templates, and forms.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
