We’re hiring an Entry-Level Helper / Apprentice to support our technicians and learn the trade the right way. This role is designed for someone who wants steady work, real skills, and a long-term career path in the trades.

Your job is to learn, assist, and do quality work
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting technicians and carpenters on job sites
Prep work, cleanup, material handling, and jobsite organization
Learning skills in:
Carpentry
Drywall
Painting prep
Basic repairs
Keeping jobs on schedule and organized
Representing the company professionally in customers’ homes
Pay, Hours & Vehicle Compensation
$18–$22 per hour (W-2) depending on experience
Guaranteed weekly hour floor (conditional on availability & performance)
Paid for:
On-site work
Job-to-job travel during the workday
Required meetings and training
Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for:
Job-to-job travel
Job-related supply runs (Commute to first job and home from last job not reimbursed)
Consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)
What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
