This is a prime opportunity to jump into a rewarding field, and no prior experience is necessary – we're looking for driven individuals eager to learn and grow. You'll start with a solid base salary, supplemented by a generous tiered commission structure and bonus potential, ensuring your hard work truly pays off. We set you up for success with pre-qualified incoming leads directly to you, and our full administrative support handles scheduling, letting you focus on what matters: guiding clients to their perfect window solutions. Your week will be balanced, primarily Monday through Friday, with monthly Saturday showroom coverage from 10 AM to 3 PM (rotated between all consultants). This role is dynamic, as you'll travel to client homes and businesses throughout the Triangle area to conduct 1 to 4 personalized sales appointments daily. You'll gain hands-on experience, meet diverse clients, and directly help them enhance their spaces. Responsibilities: • Become a trusted advisor and design expert: Travel to clients' homes and businesses to showcase, demonstrate, and sell a wide range of custom window coverings. This includes actively establishing strong client connections by understanding their needs and vision. • Deliver comprehensive consultations: Accurately measure windows, present tailored product demonstrations, and provide expert design recommendations to guide clients in selecting the ideal custom solutions. • Streamline the sales process: Create detailed and professional proposals using our CRM, and efficiently utilize vendor platforms for accurate quoting. • Cultivate client relationships: P rovide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, responding promptly to all client inquiries via email and phone calls. • Stay at the forefront of the industry: Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest custom window treatment trends, product innovations, and changes. • Contribute to team success and personal growth: Self-report individual performance metrics, actively contribute to weekly team meetings, and engage in periodic training sessions to enhance your skills. • Drive business growth: Proactively self-generate additional leads to complement company-provided opportunities, expanding your client base and sales potential. Qualifications: • A clean driving record and personal record • A large enough vehicle for a 3-step ladder and sample books is required • Excellent written communication skills • Strong mathematical abilities • The ability to climb stairs and lift up to 20 lbs • Being at ease working on a ladder up to 6 feet high • Experience with window coverings or general construction is a plus • A company laptop is provided; however, a working cell phone is a requirement Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000+ yearly
