Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $17.00 - $22.00

What You’ll Do

Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles

Perform routine maintenance and standard service repairs

Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to identify issues

Complete repair orders and document findings accurately

Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service

Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards

Support shop efficiency through teamwork and organization

Stay current with ongoing training and certifications

What We’re Looking For

Automotive mechanic experience or recent tech school graduate

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

High school diploma or GED

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic

Commitment to delivering quality work and customer satisfaction

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Dealership experience (a plus, not required)

Some post-secondary automotive training

Desire to grow into a high-performing, certified technician
