Responsibilities: • Travel to multiple residential job sites daily , assisting with HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about system performance and comfort options. • Engage customers in option-based sales conversations , overcoming initial resistance through education and empathy. • Support lead technicians in service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks. • Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized. • Participate in regular company training to develop both technical and customer service skills. • Represent Confident Comfort with integrity, respect, and reliability at every visit. Qualifications: • No HVAC experience required — we’ll train the right person. • Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical issues in plain language. • Growth-minded with a desire for advancement and financial success. • Reliable, punctual, and willing to travel between job sites daily. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Able to pass background check and drug screening. • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all seasons.
