    Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and eager to solve problems? Gophermods is hiring Entry-Level IT Technicians for our device repair and support teams. You'll gain hands-on experience with laptops and tablets while contributing to projects that make a real impact to schools and businesses in our community. We'll provide the training, tools, and mentorship you need to grow in the fast-moving world of IT hardware repair.

    Schedule: Monday–Friday • No nights or weekends • Flexible FT / PT
    Location: 711 5th St SW #400, New Brighton

    What You'll Do

    • Repair & Troubleshoot: Laptops (Windows, Chromebooks, MacBooks) and tablets (iPads, Chromebook tablets, Microsoft Surface) — training provided.

    • Team work & Support : Collaborate closely with your team, support and communicate with customers from time to time via email

    • Document Work: Log parts, tests, and repair notes accurately in our system.

    • Project Work: Prep, provision, and repair bulk devices for schools and businesses delivering our white glove touch from start to finish.

    • Improve Processes: Share your ideas, keep your bench safe and organized

    • Hands-on mastery of Apple and other major laptop and tablet hardware.

    • Structured mentorship and quarterly growth reviews.

    • Pathways into Senior Tech, Team Lead , Warehouse/ Device Operations Manager or HQ IT roles.
