Duties/Responsibilities:

• Hunt down and uncover new sales opportunities through detective-level research, analysis, and discovery work
• Get to know your customers inside and out, then wow them with personalized solutions that actually solve their problems
• Play matchmaker between customer demand and freight quotes—think of yourself as a logistics cupid
• Dream up strategies that'll skyrocket sales and build partnerships that last
• Keep our systems squeaky clean with accurate, up-to-date information (we're talking organized chaos mastery)
• Own your daily shipments like a boss and keep our legendary "No-Fail" policy alive and thriving
• Team up with your crew to nail pricing strategy and crush account implementation plans
• Be the communication MVP—both inside the office and out in the real world
• Champion the transition of drivers to our mobile electronic tracking systems (you're basically a tech hero)
• Stay sharp on market trends, shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality—basically become a logistics guru

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent / (AA)(AS) or (BA) a bonus
• Sales experience preferred - but not required
