We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in sales within the electrical industry. You will be responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, and working closely with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Learn and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

Qualify leads and sets up appointments for senior sales team members.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM platforms etc.)

No prior sales experience required but preferred – training will be provided.
