Responsibilities: • No Cold Calling! • Various types of Leads Available • Warm Call prospective Clients • Set Appointments for yourself based on your Schedule • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking Qualifications: • Must have a Life Insurance license or be willing to get one • Live in the U.S. • Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required. • Proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly. • Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. • Ability to follow scripts, systems, and processes while still sounding natural. • Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to learn continuously. • Time management skills and the discipline to set and keep appointments. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
