This is a commission-only role focused on assisting Medicare-eligible individuals with understanding their coverage options. No prior insurance license is required at the time of application. Selected candidates will receive guidance on obtaining licensure and ongoing training. Success in this role requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Guide Medicare-eligible individuals through their coverage options, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective success. • Stay updated on Medicare policies and changes, providing clients with the most current information. • Conduct personalized consultations, tailoring solutions to meet each client's unique needs. • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. • Utilize our CRM system to track interactions and manage client information efficiently. Qualifications: • Experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships. • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident. • Proven track record of working independently, managing your time efficiently, and meeting goals consistently. • Familiarity with Medicare policies and coverage options, or a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry changes. • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with diverse clients and understand their unique needs. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client information and track interactions accurately. • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including obtaining necessary insurance licensure with our support. Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
