    We want to add a motivated and personable new employee to our insurance agent team who is seeking a new learning opportunity with lots of room for growth. The ideal candidate for our entry-level insurance agent position has the solid communication skills it takes to drive insurance sales among potential clients and new clients. Bring a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service, and we’ll invest our resources into training you to be a successful insurance sales representative! Responsibilities: • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals • Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer • Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional • Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer • Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional • Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Compensation: $120,000+ at plan earnings
