Responsibilities: • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services while considering each client’s financial needs and life circumstances • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Qualifications: • Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must • Must have effective relationship management skills • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required Compensation: $125,000+ plus commission training allowance bonus benefits
