What You'll Do
As a Entry LEvel Insurance Sales Associate, you'll help prospective and current customers understand their insurance options while building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Connect with English- and Spanish-speaking customers by phone, in person, and through referrals.
Build relationships with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs.
Explain insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire client experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
