Life Insurance and Financial Sales - Entry-Level We’re seeking driven individuals with an enterprising spirit who are eager for a new opportunity to join our team as Entry-Level Financial and Insurance Sales Professionals. In this role, you will develop sales skills by building and maintaining client relationships. Our brokerage provides the necessary support to help you meet your earning goals. Embracing a personal approach to insurance and financial sales gives candidates a leg up in this role, which includes developing strategies for clients that serve their specific needs, regardless of their budget. We specialize in assisting clients with the following strategies: tax-free wealth accumulation strategies, supplemental retirement savings plans, child and head start plans for kids and grandkids, life insurance and legacy planning, mortgage protection, and wealth preservation and personal pension plans. You don't need any prior experience, either. We will train you on all aspects of the business and help you with licensing. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base Qualifications: • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred With us, you will have access to a free, world-class training program.
