Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their unique financial goals and provide tailored life insurance solutions. • Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and how it fits into their overall financial plan. • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for each client. • Present and explain policy options clearly, ensuring clients make informed decisions. • Follow up with clients regularly to review their plans and suggest adjustments as needed. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for seamless service delivery and compliance purposes. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, empowering clients to make informed decisions. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. • Familiarity with financial products, particularly life insurance, to provide tailored solutions that align with client goals. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to the development of comprehensive financial strategies. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups. • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring up-to-date client advice. Compensation: $75,000 - $130,000 yearly
