    Training Provided Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families protect their financial future by offering life insurance and retirement protection strategies. You will build relationships, educate clients about their options, and guide them through the process of securing the right coverage for their needs. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who want control over their income and growth. Your performance directly impacts your earning potential. Candidates who do not currently hold a license will receive guidance and education to obtain their state-approved life insurance license. What You’ll Do • Identify and connect with individuals and families who need financial protection • Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals, financial situation, and protection needs • Educate clients on life insurance options, including term, whole life, and indexed universal life policies • Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media outreach, and marketing strategies • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process • Provide ongoing client service, including policy reviews and claims support • Maintain accurate client records and documentation Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Must already have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license • Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals and insurance needs • Present life insurance solutions in a clear and professional manner • Assist clients with completing applications and navigating underwriting requirements • Provide customer service support for existing policyholders • Help clients during the claims process when needed • Maintain organized electronic and paper records for compliance and servicing • Prospecting and lead generation through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • An active life insurance license is a strong advantage • Applicants without a license must be willing to obtain one • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Ability to build trust and explain financial concepts clearly • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic online tools • Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States. Compensation: $95,000 at plan commission based on performance
