    New Loan Officer Trainee Class — Your Opportunity Starts Here Our Loan Officer Trainee Program is designed to help ambitious individuals transition into licensed Mortgage Loan Officers through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience. This is not a “sit in the corner and watch” type of role. From week one, you’ll be immersed in: • Sales training • Live borrower conversations • ARP scenarios • Mortgage education • Objection handling You’ll learn directly from experienced professionals while building the foundation for a long-term career in sales. New Class Starting Soon — Limited Seats Available What You’ll Accomplish in 90 Days By graduation, you will have: • Completed full mortgage licensing and compliance training (100% covered — no out-of-pocket cost) • Mastered sales scripts and borrower consultations • Built a pipeline with real prospects • Loans actively in process, supported by a team to help you close • Ongoing mentorship from experienced industry leaders • Developed the confidence and skills to transition into a full Loan Officer role Compensation & Growth Potential • Hourly pay + commission during training • Transition into a full Loan Officer role • Upside earning potential based on performance • Long-term career growth opportunities within the company Schedule • Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Perks & Office Environment • Game room (Ping Pong, Xbox, PS5) • 24/7 on-site gym • On-site Starbucks + full café • Restaurant options nearby Responsibilities: • Engage and guide current and prospective homeowners through the initial stages • Leverage warm calling techniques to establish rapport, build trust, and nurture relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by employing active listening and strategic questioning techniques • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively position products/services • Prepare diligently for the NMLS state exam Qualifications: • Driven by growth and income potential • Ready to work hard and build something long-term • Coachable and eager to learn • Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for quickly building rapport with clients • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is important Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
