About Us: Grease Monkey is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive service center dedicated to providing quick, reliable, and affordable vehicle maintenance. Our Tempe location is looking for motivated individuals ready to start a career in the automotive industry.

Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to join our team. No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities: Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services

Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission, etc.)

Inspect vehicles for potential issues and report findings

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist senior technicians as needed

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications: No prior experience required (training provided)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Valid driver’s license preferred
