Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry Level Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, injection molding machines, facility systems, and plant operations within an automotive manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position ideal for candidates with experience in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems, injection molding equipment, and manufacturing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related production equipment
• Perform maintenance on paint line systems including RTO systems, paint pits, and related equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, calibration, and relocation
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, air compressors, chillers, and power distribution equipment
• Support loading dock equipment and shipping systems
• Perform preventative maintenance activities and maintain documentation
• Analyze equipment downtime and implement corrective actions
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
• Operate maintenance equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, and related tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong electrical background (AC/DC)
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Injection molding maintenance experience
• HVAC experience
• Automotive manufacturing background
• Experience supporting paint line equipment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Preventive maintenance documentation experience

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• PPE required
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands
