About the Role

As a Management Trainee , you’ll work alongside experienced leaders to assist with day-to-day event operations, team support, and campaign execution. You’ll learn how to inspire teams, drive results, and deliver memorable event experiences that make a real community impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist management and event teams during live marketing campaigns and promotions

• Support staff development, scheduling, and event logistics
