Learn the fundamentals of day-to-day business operations
Participate in cross-functional training in sales, marketing, and customer service
Support team leads and managers in meeting company objectives
Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and motivating new team members
Track performance metrics and contribute to strategy meetings
Learn to manage small teams and coordinate department workflows
Shadow senior managers to develop leadership and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter with a desire to lead and grow

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous experience in leadership, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
